About this place
Cactus Blossom is a newly updated four bedroom house on a quiet Tempe street, built around a backyard that people actually use. The pool is heated from fall through spring, which is when Arizona actually wants it, the hot tub seats a crowd, and there is a real putting green if someone in your group cannot leave the game alone.
Inside there is a 75 inch Samsung Neo OLED you can sign in to with your own streaming accounts, a fireplace for the handful of cold nights Arizona gets, and enough board games and Switch controllers to survive an afternoon when it is too hot to be outside. The yard is fully enclosed, and we keep a Pack n Play and a high chair on hand, so this works for families with small kids without you hauling gear across the country.
Stroud Park is a walk away. Golf, shopping, and dinner are all a short drive, and the airport is close enough that a late flight is not a problem.
